Blanaid Clarke is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law at University College Dublin and her research interests include corporate governance, ·takeovers & mergers law, securities regulation, financial services law, contract and company law. She was one of the founding members of the Centre for Corporate Governance at University College Dublin.
