Law and Regulation Beyond the WTO: China's Role in the International Economic Order

The workshop and the resultant publication focused on both the transformation to China as a result of its engagement with the WTO and on how China itself has changed the international economic order.  The papers presented used a variety of approaches to examine competing discourses about law, governance and regulation, across the international economic law areas of trade, finance and investment law.
