Ross P Buckley, King & Wood Mallesons Professor of International Finance Law, UNSW Sydney, presented at a public lecture at the University of Luxembourg on Oct 10, 2017.  There were over 200 attendees and the event was held in honour of, and streamed live to, the African Microfinance Week happening simultaneously in Addis Ababa Ethiopia.
