The FSA's Annual Report for 2011/12 contains a selection of key enforcement outcomes that highlight its activities for the year.  This Report communicates its approach to enforcement more generally.It includes statistical and background information about enforcement investigations and their outcomes and provides an assessment of the fairness and effectiveness of the enforcement process.
