The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued a Feedback Statement (FS) summarising feedback, new ideas and timescales following the publication of its Transparency Discussion Paper, DP13/01 in March 2013. The Transparency Discussion paper proposed ideas on how the FCA could become more transparent about its organisation and regulatory activities, and how firms could be more transparent about their products and their performance or behaviour.
