ASIC has released a booklet aimed at small businesses to help make compliance with legal obligations easier. ASIC Commissioner Greg Tanzer said it was the first of a series of tools and resources being developed to make compliance a less daunting task. Mr Tanzer identified challenges specific to small businesses including lack of resources and time constraints, as motivations for developing the booklet.
