The Centre for Law Markets and Regulation

Research – Influence – Impact

The Centre for Law, Markets and Regulation operated between 2012 and 2021.  It was a joint initiative of the Faculty of Law and Justice and UNSW Business School dedicated to the study of the dynamics of market regulation. The Centre’s work was distinctive in the range of market institutions it studied, and its focus on understanding the nature and effects of regulation. The Centre engaged actively with regulators and government, fellow academics, corporations, financial and business entities and the wider community. Many of its outputs are archived on this site, in the Publications and Events pages.
